How does the level system work?
1. Complete orders
The program logic is straightforward: you simply work, and the service becomes more rewarding for you. Every completed trip is a step toward a higher level.
2. Accumulate points
For every successful order the driver receives a certain number of points. The number of points depends on the city and order parameters.
3. The system updates your level every week
The calculation is based on the number of points earned over the previous 4 weeks. The order acceptance rate is also taken into account.
4. The new level is applied automatically
The total points accumulated determine your current status in the system. The more points you have, the higher your level.
How to earn points?
A driver earns points for completing orders. Additional points are awarded for:
completing orders during peak hours
completing orders outside the city
completing orders with additional services
Points may decrease if:
the driver declines mandatory orders
cancels an order after acceptance
